Only pro is that the salary is credited on time.

Cons

There is no sales team. Less number of projects with extremely unrealistic deadlines. Also, from the top to bottom all the managers, architects/leads and PMs are egoistic. They will make your KPI bad enough to fire you, if you go against their ideas. If you want to get promotion, you have to involve yourself in politics.
