      Supportive colleagues but troubled leadership and toxic culture

      Pros

      Fellow colleagues, most of which are global with only a handful of jobs actually located in the United States, are nice and supportive.

      Cons

      Leadership is a mess, loyalty is rewarded and felt as if it was held over people's heads. Doesn't matter how hard you work, there is little to no growth opportunities here - don't pay attention to the promises of expanding the workforce. Most of the leadership are male, little to no females with exception to CEO, Friends and family friends are placed into positions, often not even interviewing others and making decisions on behalf of the hiring manager. The other reviews here describing the toxicity and how it is an interesting place to work for are spot on!

      Pros

      Kind and very helpful coworkers, with a consistently pleasant atmosphere in the office and during meetings. Great opportunities to work on a variety of projects, as the company is growing quickly and staff initiatives are welcomed.

      Cons

      Quite a fast-paced environment, so good self organizational skills are a must.

      A Masterclass in Mismanagement and Toxicity

      Pros

      There are no genuine pros—only the relief of eventually escaping. My sincere advice: don’t walk away. Run. This company is in a tailspin, and frankly, it wouldn’t be a loss to anyone if it disappeared altogether.

      Cons

      If you’re considering working here, run. The only genuinely positive thing to come from this job was meeting some truly wonderful colleagues—everyone else is just trying to survive. The CEO is a textbook case in unchecked power, delusion, and egomania. She is not only spectacularly unqualified to lead but rules through intimidation, manipulation, and blatant sexism. Gratitude, support, or recognition do not exist here—no matter how hard you work, it will never be enough. If you’re not one of her chosen favourites, you’re invisible or expendable. The environment is deeply toxic, starting at the very top and infecting everything beneath. The culture is fear-based, the turnover is constant, and morale is in the gutter. It’s less of a workplace and more of a slow-motion car crash.
