pathetic location ( muddy area, drainage issues), power issues, treating employees like their slaves, FAKE REVIEWS on google, Employees write their company reviews,leave issues( no leave even on voting day and festivals), only half day leave for 6 months of probation period then 1.5 leave after 6 months, if you want to take a leave for your family issues as well they wont permit you or warn you with replacement., working days mon to saturday 10-7 with 1-1:30 break and 15 min break in the evening, smelly and dirty washrooms, no growth in the company( only the dear ones of the boss will get appraisal), 90% of the staff is boss's family members., no professionalism, no incentives, low salary, didn't give permanent letter after 6 months, no pay slips, there are few chances that you get all your experience letter or salary slips after you resign, if u ask HR for the same she'll reply " we are not here for your work only,call us later" overall- pathetic company, please dont go..otherwise you will definitely regret your decision..
