Pros

I’ve been at Enthuse for a few years now and honestly really enjoy working here. The mission behind what we do actually means something. It’s rewarding to know we’re helping charities raise more and make a bigger impact. The people are a big part of why I’ve stayed. It’s a supportive, friendly team where everyone gets stuck in. You’re trusted to get on with things, but there’s always someone willing to help when you need it. Leadership is approachable and open. You feel listened to and like your opinion matters. There’s also plenty of room to grow and take on more if you’re motivated.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment, so things can change quickly. As long as you understand that you can grow with them!

The story of the leadership team and the rest of us

Pros

nice enough office and free coffee

Cons

- Huge disconnect between the leadership team and the rest of the business. They say do and that's it really. Very authoritarian. - Nobody in the LT really knows what they are doing so hard to get motivated when you are being told what to do by someone who doesn't know themselves. - The tech doesn't speak to each other and that has been the case for years and years. It essentially creates more problems than it solves

Pros

Inspiring mission. Every new feature and product enhancement helps charities raise more and donors give with confidence. Excited to see where the company is going next, especially since the 10-year London Marathon partnership extension. Benefits are also great, especially flexible working and private healthcare.

Cons

As with every scale-up, it’s fast-paced and there’s a lot going on but there’s a good work-life balance. Rewards and recognition have really improved in the last few years.
