Pros

Work-life balance Competitive salary Health benefits, paid vacation and sick days Great corporate culture with an emphasis on giving back to the community

Cons

Inconsistent work, little opportunity for advancement. Like most staffing companies in the Seattle Eastside area, their main client is Microsoft, so they are dependent on the whims of Microsoft extending or eliminating vendor contracts. Entirenet is always trying to find non-Microsoft clients, but so far has not had much luck. (As I said, this is the case for many staffing agencies in this area. Microsoft is the biggest game in town, and sometimes if feels like the only game in town. So I don't blame Entirenet, it is just an unfortunate aspect of running this type of business in East King County.) I marked their business outlook as getting worse in the next six months due to the current Microsoft layoffs and downsizing. I hope I'm wrong. Even though I no longer work for Entirenet, I like the people there and would like to see them succeed.

Pros

The work-from-home model was the cornerstone to the company's success, as the company was able to retain talent long term and provide experienced and dedicated workers to Microsoft. The opportunity to work from home is still its most attractive pro.

Cons

Other reviews have pointed to its one-client (Microsoft) limitation as its primary con. However, the company thrived with this limitation under its previous CEOs. The company's primary con is the inability of its current CEO, Jack Showalter, to understand how to win and retain contracts and how to attract and keep talented employees.

Pros

The people are smart, motivated, and incredibly supportive, making for a strong team environment. The emphasis on work-life balance, and the ease of working remotely, are just part of how they do business.

Cons

The company is growing and gaining new contracts, but they are primarily a Microsoft vendor. The upside is they recognize the risk and have the right plans in place to diversify their client list.
