Business outlook
Pros
Decent culture and modest management. Very friendly and helping peers. More responsibilities but with great learning opportunities for IT folks. Both the IT team and Business is expanding rapidly. The IT resources are also excellent.
Cons
The yearly bonus policy is a little time taking for new joiners. As one will have to wait for more than 18 months to get their first bonus. This is because the 18 months includes 6 months of probation period. Though you can check, there might be an option to negotiate the bonus terms with HR.
