Pros
Great way to get foot in the door in implementation. Good insurance costs
Cons
Things change too often. Major whiplash from the constant changes. Time expectations aren't realistic. There is no "Water Cooler" time allowed. It wasn't always this way, but management gave so much work that there wasn't really time to chat with coworkers, take a walk, etc without falling behind on your work. If you want to get your work done on time, don't expect to get your 15 minute breaks or to actually take a lunch break.
