-No diversity of thought or in leadership -Management says that want honest feedback on how they are doing but will consider you not a “team player” if you’re honest. -There are different set of rules for some employees (the men and/or the people that go to their church) than any other employees -Women are not given the same pay and opportunities as the men in the company -If you want to get promoted you have to either go to their church or be related to the CEO -They source most of their employees from their church and give them special treatment -No clear success markers for roles and management seems to continuously shift the goal post on what success looks like -Management has no issues with overloading some employees to make the work of their favorites easier

Low pay Impossible to take time off. Lots and lots of nepotism. Trick you into taking promotions with more responsibilities but no actual raise Cult like atmosphere. All about culture on the outside but it’s all about saving a buck when you get in the inner circle. Typical big company stuffThey will trick you and make you think they care about your growth and motivate you with exciting meetings, made up promotions and titles before you look up 3 years in and realize there is no work/life balance and realize you can’t move up if you aren’t a member of the church
