      There is no pros to share.

      Cons

      1) The worst management I have seen. 2) Less compensation or salary. No hike. 3) Appraisal not based on your performance only how late you stays in office. 4) No career growth. 5) Worst infrastructure 6) No future growth

      No Pros at all..

      Cons

      please don't join. They will not provide any kind of training. But they will tell you at time of interview. If you are fresher then you will be joining as a trainee and they will give you stipen not salary and no pay slip. You can only take 1 leave per month and in case of emergency then all your leave will be LOP.

      work life balance issue less wages no proper traning and documenatation so that it will be so diffculy oly who there for 4 to5years have that konwlegge
