      Pros

      - The agency is doing well under leadership of Saurabh - New ideas are well-received and accepted especially in the AM/BD teams - You get to take initiative and lead big projects with your own vision - Flexi-timings and work from home facility is available from case to case basis which is a great thing - Technical teams are very hard-working and produce excellant quality results in strict timelines - The work quality is really good - Friendly colleagues

      - If Envigo upgrades its design team by a notch it will be winning a lot of awards

      Pros

      The biggest pro for me was leaving this place. You can work there until you find something better. If you are someone who wants to get paid for showing up and doing nothing while you are there, then this job is for you. If you are someone who takes pride in putting in a full day of productive, hard work then do not waste your time because this place will leave you frustrated once you see the company allows the majority of their workforce to get paid to do nothing.

      Cons

      Instability - This company has gone through so many merges. Inexperienced - This company seems to not understand the definition of business. They seem to be okay with the customers taking advantage of the company. Inaccurate - Accuracy seemed to be a non factor and getting anything corrected seemed even less important across the departments. Lack of cohesiveness - The departments did not communicate or collaberate well with each other. So, if any ideas were ever discussed it was met with a lack of follow through.
