Pros
Good team, good salary, free time-table. Good enough expertise with different mobile platforms. Management is willing to make concessions on an individual basis
Cons
No career prospects, no benefits and bonuses. Nobody really wiling to improve company and to find some new working drafts.

Pros
Interesting job if you are into language learning, printing, etc. Also some good expertise with mobile platforms. Free time-table, you are only required to get the job done, not to be there at nine. Good team.
Cons
They demand little and pay little. Also people do not hash around enough, means you can be stuck on a project for years which can quickly become really mind-numbing.
