Nice team, company van, phone, food allowance.
Cons
Still in transition, some days can be hectic with long working hours, even if on paper looks like a good pay, at the end isn`t because the average working hours are 48-54 per week and the overtimes actually are paid at the same rate as a normal working hour, limited training provided, most of the things you need to figure out by yourself.
