Good career progression as the seniors escape from the company. Good learning opportunity as you discover the way to work yourself without proper guidance. Learning from mistakes leave the deepest impression. Good transit point for pass and permit holders.

Cons

No work life balance as most of your time is spent on overtime. Heavy workload as there is no replacement for those that left. Always see employees getting scolded by CEO and CFO. Seen some female employees even shed tears. Negativity and resentment fill the company ambience. Too hierarchical. CEO and CFO rule the company while others are like worthless pawns. Company is not performing and deteriorating. No performance bonus. AWS is at risk.
