Plenty of lazy co workers who take advantage of the company and get away with it, lack of accountability, co workers who leave for hours and come back when its time to punch out, good employees get stuck with bugger workloads to pick up slack for others, the bad managers come and go go and so does the good one, hard to get decent equipment and even harder to get coworkers to take care of it. some customers treat us very poorly and some of the former cleaning staff who still work at the buildings lie and trash talk to stir the pot and manipulate customers opinions. low pay, very expensive healthcare, and you really never know if the contract will get renewed.

Enviro-Clean tends to hire people that are undependable and lazy. Over the 4 years I worked there I seen many people come and go. Unfortunetely, the company rewards laxyness and does not show any appreciation to the people that work hard. Raises are non existent. Promotion is only to "the favorites". I know this because I was a Team Supervisor for three years. Also, do not upset "the favorites" or the Contract Manager will find a reason to discipline you or pile extra work on you. I know from speaking to other account employees that this is true of any of their accounts. The work itself is physically demanding if you are actually doing your job, especially during summer breaks (at one of the schools they handle anyways).
