Unique challenges, always shifting gears, minimal monotonomy

Cons

Undesirable location, lots of turnover and shifts in ownership/ management makes the place pretty unstable. Constantly shifting priorities/focus propose constant challenges to quality and productivity. New product development l, customer relationships, and engineering was once highly valued, not so much anymore.
