The deadlines at this company were too hard to handle. It seemed all I did was chase one deadline after another. It was extremely exhausting and stressful and required me to work brutally long hours. The management had an arrogant attitude. They didn't utter a word of appreciation for the hard workers like me. There were no additional perks, either. So, we handled the terrible workloads for nothing. What a shame!

As other reviews have mentioned - shockingly bad leadership that creates an insane and toxic work environment. The CEO's manipulative behavior, unreasonable demands, and high expectations created a very stressful work environment, leading to a crazy turnover rate. This place is not worth sacrificing your mental health. Thankfully, I realized quickly that you can have a much better relationship with work when you work at places that don't gaslight and abuse employees.
