strained work force, transportation time/costs between clientele buildings cut in to work time/pay, advancement at the janitor to area-manager level means significantly more work for a marginal increase in pay (with less possibility of further advancement), and an inefficient clock-in/out system.

Was promoted and promised a $1 raise. They didn't implemented the raise until I mentioned it being missing 3 months later. Was told they would get back to me on the 3 months of back pay. Well after 8 months of is never being back paid, I quit. 8 months of no reply from HR about it, but they sure were quick about asking for all their badges and keys back. They had buildings get that would remodeled, but they refused to have the budget reworked. So more tasks would get added, but they wouldn't add additional cleaning time for it. Constant budget cuts to supplies, but promised high expectations to clients. They need "warm bodies" so bad, that they wont fire bad cleaners and expect others to over compensate for it.
