A facade of “real grassroots change” when their is no transparency where the money is going specifically and there is little contact with any upper management, simply told the money goes back into the campaign and towards policy/lobby efforts. Team Leads read of scripts during training and team meetings, showing a lack of investment and more focus on broader campaign and own personal gain over canvassers while relying on us for donations.
