      Front office pay, half days on Fridays.

      Cons

      Fabricators pay, benefits, company match is minimum, and they act like it’s generous. Treated like a slave, no training, no support, no assistance, no representation

      - Plenty of work to do - Opportunities to take on a lot of responsibility - Lots of great co-workers

      Cons

      - Management is helpful, but little to no standard training unless you work in the manufacturing plant - Old school mentality about employee-employer relationship - Front end design & engineering team is an afterthought compared to the plant - Offers 401k & PTO but not as good as many other companies

      good people to work with, safety is first at EAS always putting overtime 50h hours a weeek monday- friday get pay every week

      10 hour shifts everyday tiring
