Good money, loved the commission structure, interesting projects, and mostly left alone if you hit your goals. One of the tops to work for in the state, I think.

The large business vibe and focus on sales numbers may not be for everyone, not great if you're not self motivated and coming in with some experience.
It's also changed quite a bit from when I was there with private capital and mergers so??? Take it all with a grain of salt
