      Employee-owned and operated company with excellent opportunities for advancement, including movement into other roles or transfer to different locations. The training is thorough and well-structured. Upper management is approachable, supportive, and genuinely open to answering questions and listening to ideas to help me grow and contribute to the company’s success.

      Travel and crew members were great to work with

      Cons

      Management will tell you one thing and then do another. This company does discriminate. Lack of communication. Will place so many projects on one individual that it is impossible to complete your work or meet deadlines. This company will also set you up for failure.

      Type of work is always different.

      Lack of detailed training to keep Hazmat Techs Safe. Seems to be profits over all else. Benefits are very expensive.
