Pros

It can be nice working for a small company that expects a lot from its employees, though this review is just to shed light on other reviews of this company, namely that many came from HR to combat bad reviews.

Cons

PSA - Someone showed me a recent email where HR was requested to add reviews combating the poor reviews by other employees. If you are reading through reviews on this company you should know that.

Great autonomy but management was constantly restructuring.

Pros

Autonomy, great MIS team, management tries to align you with your career goals and training is robust. Flexible with my needs as a mother to a small child.

Cons

Constant restructuring by management. CEO is very abrasive and controls through fear which causes a lot of management turnover. Pay increases are minimal despite a tripling of responsibilities.
