      Great company and good management

      Pros

      Good company to be at for your early career. Management is very helpful and colleagues are more than willing to teach and help. Great place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      None. You get what you put into it. If you work hard you are rewarded. Only con is the office is not centrally located on LI, but they have company trucks and the mileage is not put on your personal vehicle.
