Pros

None come to mind. They know how to trick you into a position

Cons

They hire you for an executive position but you end up having to flag people down outside of store front for donations. They tell you that you have to make a certain amount in donations consistently before you move the “next phase” of training. Your pay is commission based and you don’t get the salary they advertise until you make a certain amount consistently. When you ask questions they clearly give you a beat around the bush answer with our ever truly answering the obvious question. The Texas office has you out front of stores like Walmart for 7 hours during the dead heat of summer and then say you basically have to get over it and get used to it. They sold me but I got out quick! Don’t drink the koolaid of team nights and boating trips (only leads get to go on the boat trip so make enough in commission so you can go)

Hi we are very sorry to hear about your experience and for the distress that this has caused you. We are concerned that we didn't deliver on our level of standards. We do make sure that we are transparent with our work policies before selecting employees. We certainly don't want to make any false promises which may disappoint our candidates. It’s important to note that a pyramid scheme which is illegal in the United States, requires an initial payment from any new member, and that is not something that we would ever ask of our employees. None of our partners would ever associate themself with a pyramid scheme because it would tarnish their reputation. We offer multiple compensation packages that are all structured so that each one of our team members has a base salary or hourly pay in addition to bonuses and incentives. We would like to discuss this with you further as transparency and honesty are part of our core values. Please do not hesitate to contact us at hr@envisionexecutives.com to discuss this further.

Pros

When I first started I had no clue how much opportunities this position would offer me. I had the chance to travel to California, New Orleans, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and even Las Vegas to learn from the top people in this industry while everything was paid by the company. In most business you are a number here, they truly care for you and your goals and invest in you to help you advance in your career. Not only I grew professionally I also built long lasting business relationships that help me shape by skills.

Cons

Like any career, if you want to be the best, you have to invest time. I use to be an athlete so time invest wasn’t foreign to me.

Pros

There is nothing good to say.

Cons

Unprofessional. Just about every leader seems to have been promoted well past their abilities. Was told it was a hourly position but it is commission with a hourly pay. If you don’t make enough in donations to cover your pay you build a deficit. Training is a joke. Just papers provided to memorize and regurgitate on demand. You are valued by how much you get in donations. When asked how much of the donations actually make it to the fund shown a pie chart that was put together in 3 minutes 20 minutes after I asked. Full breakdown of downstream and public register unavailable. Defiantly not a not for profit company. It is a pyramid Scheme and they know it blankly trying to point out they aren’t at several of the “group “meeting”. Highest turnover rate I have ever seen.
