For the love of God do not go to work here. When I began with this company, corporate was a far off entity that didn't mess with the local teams and everything was well organized, team-oriented, and they maintained a pretty positive workplace. After a couple of key admins left, corporate decided to take the reins and overnight everything became about money and control. Ratios shot up, patient care was decimated and had multiple negative patient outcomes, staff morale was destroyed, but who cares? They made a couple extra bucks. They ran an entire multi-county hospice service with a single CNA. When she was sick or off, there were no CNA services offered, but we were told to lie about it as that broke state mandates. They have active disdain for their employees and will fire them at the drop of a hat. They're also potentially illegally union busting, and love to bring on their chauvinistic lackey anti-union speakers who tell seasoned professional nurses that their hair is their most valuable asset. What a pathetic joke. Who cares if profits are up right? It's a real shame, this used to be a decent job. Now it's a dumpster fire. Run, don't walk in the opposite direction. This company is a great example of what's wrong with this country.
