      Pros

      Working with peers who are blind and visually impaired, good benefits.

      Cons

      CEO and CFO are bullies to able bodied and treat disabled peers like they are animals performing in a circus; keeping them underpaid and on government subsidies is the goal.

      Great 401K No weekend work No overtime Set schedule M - F

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't care about the stores, just the money the stores generate for the Envision foundation. HR won't listen to the store employees concerns. Corporate has gotten away from their mission statement of employing individuals with disabilities that can perform the job requirements.
