Great pay and benefits package. Schedule is very flexible.
Cons
No raises or PTO. Switch from day shift to night shift in same schedule without differential.

Pros
This company truly cared about their employees, the people they served, and the community. They were always looking for ways to improve and welcomed suggestions and feedback from staff at any level. They provided great training and opportunity for advancement and did a lot to show their employees appreciation.
Cons
I don't have any complaints.
