Envision is a people-first organization that values getting work done. I've never been more impressed by a team's can-do attitude or problem-solving ability. Leadership is thoughtful. Policies are fair. We're treated like adults and we behave like adults. The perks are amazing.
Cons
Every day brings unique challenges. I'm not sure that's a con for Envision specifically or just the modern world we live and work in.
