Once hired and working- you see the truth. They tell everyone what they want to hear to get them aboard. Then take it all away. False advertising of them and the company.

The juice isn't worth the squeeze. Its a cold heartless environment thats brought from the front office to the shop. They offer overtime and act like you should be so excited about it, only to cut your hours soon after, making your hard earned overtime negligible. Its a total do as I say not as I do environment, a shop full of alcoholics who even drink in the parking lot and jump in their cars to go home. You will be constantly annoyed and badgered over the dumbest littlest things. For example punching in work 10 mins early is severely frowned upon. The schedule is often completely on-call. One day 12 hours and the next they will say there is no work, take the day off. Beware.
