      1. An employee will have access to the principles of Venture Building and experience what it is like to be an entrepreneur 2. A "Dutch" style of working is encouraged, i.e. no sugar coating and being direct, being able to question positions of authority no matter the designation. 3. Pretty flat organisation in terms of heirarchy

      Pros

      Enviu is a collection of truly great people to work with. Intrinsically motivated to make this world a better place and working hard to get it done. You get a lot of responsibility within your team and room to develop.

      Cons

      It's been improved a lot in the past years, but structure could still be improved upon.
