Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that every experience is personal, and we take all input seriously. Your perspective matters, and we appreciate the opportunity to reflect and grow.
Reality vs. Perception – Every time we part ways with a team member, it is a difficult decision, never taken lightly. As a business, we see it as a loss when these conversations must happen.
The People and Culture team is deeply committed to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered—our people are our greatest asset. In our most recent employee survey, 86% of respondents said they would recommend Envoy as a great place to work.
We also want to emphasize that decision-making at Envoy is intentional and strategic, guided by the long-term success of our employees and the company. No single individual dictates these choices—leadership collaborates to make the best possible decisions for the organization as a whole.
That said, I recognize that experiences and perceptions differ, and I always welcome open conversations that help us learn and improve. If you’d like to share more, I’d be happy to connect.
Your contributions to Envoy are truly appreciated, and I sincerely wish you the best in your next chapter.
Best,
Emma
Chief People and Culture Officer.
