      Pros

      - very supportive and flexible for my and family's needs - acknowledgement and recognition for good work - I was new to P&C and got constant guidance and learning support - Fun many activities are organised throughout the year inclusive of all cultures and festivals I have a son and had to attend school meetings or take time off for doctors appointments or even just stay at home if my kid is unwell. Enzen and my manager has been the most supportive.

      Cons

      There are insurance and health club discounts and free vaccinations along with learning opportunity and flexibility. But would be good to have more financial employee benefits and annual bonuses.

      Management is friendly and supportive, People & Culture team is very supportive. Lean teams of experts with a lot of experience provides opportunities to learn from them and perform on end to end tasks. People with talent and passion can grow very quickly within the company. Focus on Digital transformation and Renewable energy is very futuristic, exciting for hiring candidates.

      Great opportunities to share your ideas and make an impact - not many other organisations give you access to share your ideas with senior management. Variety of work - Projects spanning digital, smart technology, IT, renewable energy construction and business consulting. Collaboration with colleagues in other countries is increasing - this will lead to further business & individual career growth. Supportive & accessible senior management and P&C team.

      Cons

      Global organisation with collaboration across geographies means that for some roles there is a need to have meetings outside AU business hours.
