      Don't ruin your career

      There could be but some of the senior employees working here ruining it

      Cons

      Walkin and CDAC students please opt-out, this company will ruin your career. They will hire you but if seniors would not like you personally then you will be terminated with the reason of low performance, casual attitude. Still, if you want to stay in this company then you need to do buttering of these seniors. If you are below average then also you can stay. If you are above average and if you don't do this then you will be terminated on the basis of performance and casual attitude. It will increase your call by 1 only but you will still have 29 chances , don't ruin your career.

      In 1 year i not found any kind of pros to work at here.

      Cons

      They can fire employee after 1 year with out any experience letter.management is very poor.out of 5 employee 3 will be fire on reason of poor performance. with out experience letter.

      Mentor understands every employee and teach or guide them in very good way. You learn very good and new technology related things here.

      Cons

      Office culture is good. They co-operate you to manage balancing your professional as well as personal life. Good amount off time is provided to relax.
