      Company is for sale because of executive policies

      Pros

      Staff is great and health care analyitcs is in demand. The company has been around for 15 years.

      Cons

      Payroll is always behind by at least two payroll periods. Expenses far exceed income so P&L looks bad.

      People are nice to work with except CEO

      Cons

      Behind on payroll over a month. No direct deposit because of this inconsistency and we have to run to the bank to cash our checks. Traffic is a nightmare in Tysons Corner, long commute. People come in late to work and then expect you to stay late for last minute meetings. No sales staff left except one person. No real leadership left only CEO and COO are left. Everyone else bailed ship. They call last minute meetings and everything is a fire to put out when it really is poor time management and poor leadership. So many negatives I can't list them all.
