- It's exciting because we're working on new technology and there are a lot of new projects. - EPAC is incredibly generous Even when things have been slow here, like during the recession, no one's been laid off. And when things are going well, we've gotten great bonuses. - The company does extraordinary tings, stuff that makes my friends say, "Wow. I've never heard of a company doing anything like that." Like after one super year, the company gave EVERYONE who'd worked full time for at least a year a trip for 2 to anywhere they wanted to go in the world. - Most importantly: if you work hard and do well, you will not only be rewarded but get new opportunities. Regardless of your background or education, if you do a great job, you will get to do new things and your success will be recognized. - Like a lot of my colleagues, I was upset to hear that there were some recent bad reviews of our company on this site.
