Pros

Paid week off between Christmas and New Year (factory closed). Never missed a paycheck. Most co-workers are excellent human beings. Good upward mobility for talented hard workers.

Cons

The company lacks long-term planning skills. The HR manager is also the CFO, which seems like a conflict of interest. The Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments have a difficult time collaborating. The CEO is brilliant but is not a team player.

Pros

Seeing and building the aircraft onsite is awesome with a really large "cool" factor. It's an impressive airplane and is awesome to be a part of. There are opportunities for internal employee growth.

Cons

The management is still pretty old-school in their thinking. Time off is limited, there's no dedicated sick leave (just PTO), and working from home is nearly non-existent. Employee development and training isn't as strong as it could be. There's an attitude of "why improve them if they're just going to leave" which leads to high turnover.
