      Great pay Cessna's maintained very well Constant student load Regular Raises Bonus for completions Vacation and Insurance Contracted MEI training for some 141 training

      Multi Program is a little to big for the equipment we have (Not enough Aircraft Maintenance has its good days and bad days, but thats flight instructing for you
