Pros

You will progress very quickly, due to the high amount of turnover. If you are a junior staff member, this

Cons

Awful office politics, with managers bickering over trivial issues. There is also a complete and utter lack of support from upper management, who continue expecting more despite not attempting to pay more. Resultingly, staff from all grades, ranging from junior to senior commonly look for other opportunities.

Pros

Had great opportunities to progress due to the timing, had a fantastic role model in Amy Crow (area manager) and pay reviews are performance based

Cons

Pay reviews are conducted strictly on a yearly basis with no exceptions which has its limitations. The management style of director can be described as 'tough love'
