Love the culture, love the people, love the science. And the office is at a pretty sweet place too. I have pretty high hopes from Epic as a startup. Direct employee management is mostly team/department dependant but senior/operations management is excellent.
Cons
Most of the cons that I can think of are logistics/benefits related, but given that it's a startup, they still do a lot more than the competition.
