Pros

There is a versatile benefits package and the product is really interesting. Newcomers get the chance to work with international clients and on interesting projects.

Cons

However, my experience was a stark contrast to the positive image they project. The company culture is deeply toxic, characterized by a climate of fear and intimidation. Upper management, particularly HR, engages in a range of abusive behaviors, including: * Threats of termination: Employees are often threatened with job loss for voicing concerns or simply not conforming to the company's rigid expectations. * Homophobic comments: During recruitment processes or semi-annual reviews, I have been a witness kf cases were homophobic remarks were made, creating a hostile and discriminatory environment. * Gossip and character assassination: Senior management actively spreads rumors and engages in personal attacks against employees. * Psychological abuse: Employees are subjected to constant gaslighting, manipulation, and public humiliation. * Unjustified accusations: Employees are oftenly accused of being "too entitled" for reasonable requests such as remote work and salary adjustments, despite consistently exceeding performance expectations. These experiences have had a significant negative impact on my mental health and professional well-being. I urge potential candidates to carefully consider the risks associated with working at Epignosis. By sharing my experience, I hope to expose the company's true nature and prevent others from suffering similar ordeals.

Pros

- There are still some great people both in management and in lower positions - Some departments trying to not follow the downfall of the rest company

Cons

- Feeling of uncertainty grows stronger the last year - Many members of the old guard abandon the ship for reasons that aren't known to us, especially HR people - While company spends lots of money for bringing leadership for abroad, the salaries for the rest of us remain mediocre even after great performance review - Company tries to reduce the spendings in things that actually matter for the employees (that aren't so expensive) in order to increase the spendings for "things" that don't matter at all for the company but for the image of specific people - While company says that there are tries to increase transparency, the only steps we see are from the opposite direction - Many rumours for mass layoffs are in the horizon - Bonus is some kind of unicorn but it is so minor when there are more important issues

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate hearing from long-term team members, as your experience and insights are incredibly valuable. We’re glad to hear that there are still great people within the company, both in management and across teams, and that some departments are working hard to maintain a positive atmosphere. However, we’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding uncertainty, lack of transparency, and compensation. We understand how important it is for employees to feel safe, valued, and motivated, and we take your points seriously. Regarding your advice on improving productivity through happiness, safety, transparency, and fair payment, we recognize these are critical factors, and we’re committed to addressing these issues where we can. We understand that change can be unsettling, but we want to assure you that we’re working toward making the company a place where everyone can feel proud to contribute.
