      Pros

      — Tasks are challenging yet in exciting way. You have to be proactive, prioritize wisely, and always keep in mind your particular goal. — Team is just amazing and super friendly. Everyone is there to help and share ideas. — Management is super adequate and easy to talk to. Everyone can suggest improvements and share opinions comfortably. — You can balance your work and personal life. There is always a lot to accomplish but no one expects you to work on weekends or at night.

      Cons

      Not particularly a disadvantage — just a consequence of a diverse and remote team. Would be great to meet all the team members in person one day not just through the screen :)

      Pros

      For me, this is a happy place to work and be yourself all the time. Epiic is such a great company, and the people here are very friendly, always willing to help, fun, and are supportive. Everyone treat each other with respect, and our CEO is very kind and cool! I wouldn't trade this company for anything less, and I'm so blessed to be here! 😊💕

      There's nothing I could think of. I'm more than contented and happy being here.
