Not bad place to work

Pros

- Most of the team leaders and managers are friendly and easy to approach. - The job itself is not difficult; it is just the targets you are asked to try and meet and the conditions you have to try and conduct the surveys which make it challenging. - Heathrow Airport, in general, is an exciting and fun place to work.

Cons

- They charge £300 if you leave the job within the first six months - There was pay discrepancy not only between Heathrow staff interviewers but also within Epinion staff working at different venues. - Not really any options in terms of career progression. You mainly get trained in conducting various surveys. - Lack of team morale.
