The absolute worst place I have ever worked. I reported directly to the owners, and be warned: the closer you work to the owners, the worse your experience will be. I was constantly micro-managed, witnessed the owners belittle applicants based on their resumes (then they hired said applicants anyway), and overheard them making fun of several of their current staff-as well as making fun of me. The expectations were constantly changing and never communicated, and overall the owners created an extremely toxic work environment. Leaving was one of the best things I ever did. I quit without having a job lined up, choosing unemployment and scrounging to make ends meet over continuing to work for them.

They tip out 30-40% of your tips to the underpaid bussers, there is a wall of shame in the office, management doesn’t respect their employees and looks down on anyone, never made less at a restaurant. You have to do “kitchen work” after your shift. They know that college kids are ignorant and take advantage of them. If you are seeing this, just go apply somewhere else, don’t make the mistake I did.
