I love Epiphany!

Pros

Great company. Everyone here is like a family. Management strives to move each employee up the chain, employees are encouraged to move up into other departments. Teamwork is a core value here. Very flexible with working from home and hours for special circumstances

Cons

New hire training could be improved. Also consistency between department policies and employees could be improved upon.

Pros

Epiphany is now part of Baxter International. Small company environment with Fortune 500 Company benefits; the best of both worlds. Currently, the entire staff works can work remotely or hybrid.

Cons

Transition to working for a large corporation has been challenging, especially if you've never worked under that scenario.
