Pros

The idea of a shared services organization is sound. Services offered are in line with an outsourced information technology solutions company. Company benefits are good.

Cons

The company falls short on communication from the top down. No training offered, no mentoring, low salary, They make promises to potential clients that they cannot keep. Thus losing many large, medium and small K-12 schools. A very poorly run company that had the potential to infuse itself in education. The real tragedy is the K-12 schools that paid large amounts of money and received less than acceptable service. Remove the entire top tier management, and replace with the right people and this company could make its mark in a shared services environment.

Pros

I made some good friends among my co-workers during my time at the company. It was comforting to have supportive colleagues.

Cons

The CEO, who seemed to fancy himself as a dictator, created an atmosphere that disregarded any semblance of work-life balance. The relentless demands and unrealistic expectations placed on employees took a toll on our mental and physical well-being, resulting in rampant burnout and overwhelming stress levels. The CEO's bullying behavior towards the staff further exacerbated the toxic environment, leaving us constantly on edge and afraid to make even the slightest mistake. It was an oppressive work culture where personal well-being was disregarded, and employees were treated as mere cogs in a machine, disposable and replaceable.
