-Good work life balance, especially for an agency. -Some exciting clients to work with. -Beautiful office. -They do loads for people’s well-being, they genuinely care.

Cons

-No wage structure. -Tendency to pay for new hires rather than push wages of existing staff. -Not enough ‘big’, ‘exciting’ clients to go round.
