Company wide the management from state to state could be vetted better. It is my opinion that there are people in positions that do not have the experience in this business to be effective leaders. It seems like the Good Ole Boys Club gets all the positions. There are many people in the system that are far more qualified and have more experience than the people leading the charge currently. This tastes and smells like EXP all over again. I'm sure that this review will also fall on deaf ears as does most things these days

Benefits are a lie even though you are charged for them, car washes not even in my area which is a joke bc I can pay $10 a month to get my car cleaned as many times as I want right around the corner. The “owners” don’t own, they are all fake blowing smoke up your butt - even all their social media followers are fake. They have more followers on their “epique” instagram then agents, funny when you look at likes or followers they are all from India! You look at their personal accounts- all a shame! I have never felt so betrayed by a company. Servicing is outsourced and terrible. My broker is paid to compete with me - they don’t have my back or respond to me, they don’t even get a paycheck. They focus on their own downline and not me bc that’s how they reward them is recruiting.
