Pros

Flexible hours, and great support staff.

Cons

The benefits suck!!! (Hope you don't have kids - they don't absorb the cost). The management is the worst. Try to get them to make a decision. It may take them a year to get back to you. Also realize they keep you tremendously busy and their expectations are unrealistic. Management has no clue how to run a business. Its very scary to see how things are run. Also by September 2013, they plan on being in National City. While the company is called ECS, the HeadStart division is who calls the shots!!!
