The CEO has no vision and no clue about technology, benefits kept getting worse. People were not allowed to take vacation at one point, several pay cuts. Benefits have gotten terrible, CEO puts his people on the wrong position. Every year there is a change of upper management. It's like the CEO is flipping the dice to see what works but never does and employees keep leaving or laid off.
benefits always getting worse and fear of another pay cut is always on your mind. Wrong people in upper management positions. CEO is out of touch with staff and keeps putting "his" people in positions and its does not work. When changes are made you can just feel the tension in the office as those who are impacted by the change disagree with the changes and their performance is effected.
