Pros
1. Very smart engineers work for this company 2. Very quick to adapt to new technology, projects 3. Management has excellent engineering background so it is very easy to discuss engineering constraints with them
Cons
1. Too much time spent making powerpoints (to customer that give out design projects), more than the time spent doing design work 2. Much more focus on quantity than quality in powerpoints. 3. Very long hours are expected regularly (till 10pm) to present to customers overseas.
